Absolutely thrilled with my experience here! I brought in a pair of dress shoes that had been through a lot, and I was amazed at how well they transformed them. The staff was not only professional but also super friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The repairs turned out beautifully, and I felt like I was wearing a brand new pair of shoes. I did feel that the shop could benefit from clearer signage about their services, especially for first-time visitors. But other than that, my overall experience was fantastic!
